Rental Information

Ready to Book?

The "ALL IN" Package: Venue Rental up to 12 hours, Professional Event Decor and Set Up for up to 45 guests, Event Closing/Breakdown: $1,900 total. Deposit is $400.
FRIDAY-SUNDAY, FULL DAY, up to 12 hours for $600 (for venue only). Deposit is $200.
MONDAY-THURSDAY $200 for 4 hours (venue only). Amount due in full at time of booking.
Additional hours can be added for $50/hr.
Fill out our contact form on the home page or email us. We will then check our event calendar and confirm availability.
If the date(s) are available, you will receive an email that will allow you access to agree & sign contract and pay invoice.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is due at signing to secure booking. The deposit goes towards the final amount. The remainder of the payment is due no later than 14 days before the event is scheduled for.
Additional information and instructions will be given once booking is confirmed based on the event.

Suite F

Each event booked must be a minimum of 4 hours on Monday-Thursday.
For Friday, Saturday and Sunday, full day must be booked due to high demand.

Side and back of event suite can be used for additional event space (i.e.: bounce house, tent w/ tables and chairs)

Tours

We conduct tours every other Thursday after 5pm (EST) by appointment only. Some exceptions can be made as needed if we are available.
A virtual tour is available on our website and YouTube.
If you are working with a designer, event planner/coordinator, decorator, caterer, photographer, etc., please feel free to have them contact us directly if they have any questions about the venue or rental procedures/rules. We can also accommodate them for a tour as well.
We will never conduct tours during a reserved venue rental. Please do not interrupt or disturb a reserved rental.
If there is not a tour scheduled, no one will be on site to conduct a tour.

Customer Service

Customer Service hours are Mon-Fri: 9am (EST) to 5pm (EST). Sat-Sun: as schedule allows due to events.
The team may communicate after these hours as necessary or if they are available however it is not guaranteed or mandatory beyond the customer service hours.
Venue hours change depending on the day/time events are booked. If there is not a tour scheduled or an event booked, more than likely there will not be any staff present at the building.

Occupancy: maximum of 49 people
You must be over the age of 18 to book an event.
We use a lockbox system. On the day of your event, the person who booked will receive a code to use on the lockbox for entry and exit.
The Bluetooth speaker installed is provided as an amenity. Please ensure before your event that you are satisfied with the volume capabilities of the speaker. If not, you will have to provide your own speaker or hire a DJ for your event.
The food staging area does not have a sink. The only source of water in the building is in the bathroom.
Recurring and long-term rental options at discounted rates available.
No events permitted to end beyond 11 p.m.
No illegal or obscene activities and/or behaviors allowed.
We reserve the right not to book or host an event. We also reserve the right to cancel an event, based on circumstances at owner's discretion.
Rescheduling accommodations are based on calendar availability and at owner's discretion.
